Ah a very interesting question
Well NYSA to be honest we gave up the good relationship with this Host.
We had exactly the same probs as you have.
You get replies from dutch like its the game it causes this prob, its authing again and this one, its the crappy 2.2.1 release.
Well after 1.5 years we are going to another host, that should answer your question.
We can connect to any server but not in our own when we changed a map or restart.
When we do that we get a guid with an ? instead of a complete guid id.
They must do something else than others, I assume that they run somekind of scanning device or script that starts when you change maps or restarts.
Have you seen the screenshot logs of pb? full of errors, thats also a signal that the server is at its max ,it cant handle this kind of stuff, to much serverload for sure.
They have a good ams-ix connection but we dont experienced that one with authing..., better to have a good server working and a bit less good ping...
We leave and hope to get another host somewhere else in time, because the tracker ladder is waiting for us and in that ladder its nescessary that the server works correctly with map changes.
