Natural Born Killers :

The girl who replies to the question "What do you want for Christmas?" with "If you loved me, you'd know what I want!" gets an Xbox. End of story.

out of time

The tagline reads, "How do you solve a murder when all the evidence points to you?" Well, sit tight--you are about to find out.

Story
Out of Time certainly isn't going to win any screenplay awards with its formulaic premise. Matt Lee Whitlock (Denzel Washington) is the highly respected police chief of a small Florida key near Miami in one of those lazy seaside towns just itching for something exciting to happen. For Matt, excitement comes in the form of the sexy Ann Merai (Sanaa Lathan), his former high school sweetheart who is now stuck in an abusive marriage. Even though the affair they start is torrid, Matt doesn't really love Ann Merai; he's still hung up on his estranged wife Alex (Eva Mendes), a Miami-Dade detective. But when Matt finds out Ann Merai is dying of cancer, he stupidly decides to give her $80K confiscated in a drug bust so she can get treatment at a Swiss clinic. I did say stupid, right? Almost as soon as the money leaves Matt's possession, he finds himself neck-deep in hot water as Ann turns up burned to a crisp in an arson fire, all the money gone and all the evidence pointing to our friendly police chief as the prime suspect. Egad! He's been framed! He's been taken! What ever will he do? True, it sounds very much like every other film noir you've ever seen with chain-smoking gumshoes and femmes fatales. Luckily the tactics Matt uses to keep one step ahead of the investigators, one of which is his beloved Alex, keep the story somewhat interesting.

beetje thriller, zwendel verhaal.

Wel lekkere wijven btw.

League Of Extraordinary Gentlemen, The

The power of seven become a league of one.

Hyde (Jason Flemyng).

CITY BY THE SEA

Inspired by the 1997 Esquire article Mark of a Murderer, written by Pulitzer-Prize winning journalist Mike McAlary, City by the Sea tells the gripping story of a dedicated police officer who discovers that the chief suspect in his current murder investigation is his own son.

New York City homicide detective Vincent LaMarca (ROBERT De NIRO) has forged a long and distinguished career in law enforcement, making a name for himself as a man intensely committed to his work. But on his latest case, the stakes are higher for Vincent the suspect heís investigating is his own son, Joey (JAMES FRANCO).

Vincent and Joey have been painfully estranged ever since Vincent divorced Joeyís mother and left the decaying boardwalks of Long Beach, Long Island for the anonymity of Manhattan and a successful career with the NYPD. He lives his life in solitude, keeping his girlfriend (FRANCES McDORMAND) at armís length. The closest relationship he maintains is with his partner, Reg (GEORGE DZUNDZA), and Vincent makes sure that stops at the precinct door. As long as Vincent lives in the protection of the present, he doesnít have to deal with the pain of his past.

The murder investigation draws Vincent home to Long Beach, the self-proclaimed "City by the Sea," where the past has been waiting for him to return. In the course of his investigation, Vincent discovers that his own unresolved pain and failures as a father have deeply influenced Joeyís life and the destructive choices he has made.

As a cop, Vincent must bring a criminal to justice; as a father, he must find a way to save his son. Now he will put his life on the line in order to do right by both his family and his profession.

Lord of The Rings 3,

Three blind mise

SWINDLE

Een slappe B movie over een geinfiltreerde agent in een groep bankovervallers.
Paar leuke momenten en een geinig eind
